Does Not Last - Difficult Warranty Policy
Purchased this item new. Within three months, one of the fans started to make loud grinding noises (as if the bearings had worn). Manufacturer wants purchaser to follow many detailed steps to approve and process a warranty return *with no guarantee that the unit will be fixed or replaced*! I ended up throwing mine away rather than incur more expense without assurance that the problem would be rectified. Overall a good idea, but with poor quality and service.
