Don't get me wrong I like the picture frame very much. But, the ad never mentioned it was a returned unit. Work's nice, no problems, and a bright LCD display. How, do I know it was a returned unit? Cause, I got a little bonus. A CF card with pictures already on it ! All and all, a nice piece......

I love this frame. The pictures look amazing. Very easy to use. I haven't had a chance to use the video or music function yet. Otherwise, I love that it come with a remote. Definitely worth the money. I previously used a 7" frame and this frame blows it away. I highly recommend it.

I would recommend this product to anyone, who would like to see their photos look professional, clear, crisp, with an outstanding slideshow presentation. I am so very impressed, with the speed of receiving the product, to the price, and to the actual look of my photos. Instructions could be clearer, but can be figured out with common sense and patience. Would be good for a business stand point, for presentation of your product. After tons of shopping in stores and hours online this Digital Frame was well worth it all. We love it and all our friends cannot believe the quality of "the show" this unit puts on. Great value and a fun, very useable item in our electronic arsenal!

I purchased this item for my own personal use. I have used it several times and love the quality and sharpness of the images. I have combined 5 pictures of parties onto a memory stick and played them. The frame is so easy to operate, I just love it.

The photo frame is very easy to load photos into and the picture is very good quality. I would recommend this product as a best buy.
