Well functioning memory card - quick & smooth transfer of all 1,700 (tagged) photos....moved from a usb flashdrive. Comes already formatted = FAT 32. Class 6 (speed rating) does seem slightly faster vs my class 4 cards. Im not giving this card its full workout potential - currently not being utilized in any high demand digital device. Simply use & prefer memory cards now - instead of flashdrives, for loading & storing photos, GIF's or other images first saved into photo gallery, (tagged/resized/named) before moving to memory storage device. Never have to worry about "safely-remove-hardware" function (PC) before removing memory card from slot - as I learned about when certain flashdrives lost saved content. {Also purchased Transcend...2GB (SD) memory card offered here as well. Both cards function great - I did have to re-format 2GB (SD) card = FAT 32 > for best operation on my Windows Vista} Only peeve - NO clear protective snap-case is included w/ either 2GB or 4GB....kinda like them things !

Great value. Class 6 means it is quite fast. Unless you are a tech geek doing specialized stuff (you know who you are), you do not need anything faster than class 6. This card works in everything. Great price!

The SD card works as great. My daughter is using it to share data between her NetBook and her desktop system.

I bought this card for my camera and it works great. It isn't obvious to me that the "class 6" card offers any better performance, but it works fine and the price is right.
