I was so upset to pay so much for a piece of junk! The buttons stick, the battery doesn't stay charged long, hard to figure out, awful software and it feels so cheaply made. $30.00 more bucks I could have and should have bought an apple ipod. Very upset with myself on this purchase!!!!

I bought this mp3 player about a month ago.first thing the cd would not load or recognize the player, then I returned it only to have it sit in its box with the same problem now here I am shopping for another mp3.

i received the product a few days ago and fell in love syncing music is a breeze but when it comes to playing games( no description from manual) or adding video (which it says is a feature) there is no possible way to do that. if you can afford it buy it but i suggest holding out on something better.

My player last all day after the charge. I have no issues withe my player. I brought it two weeks ago. You download your music from window media player library and sync. At the moment I have over hundred songs on mind. enjoy this product, its worth every penny and more. If anyone having problems adding music or batteries issues, return it and get an replacement.

The item that was purchased is great, I bought for my daughter and she loves it. It took her only about a hour to figure out all the features and she enjoys completely.

I had to return this product. Don't waste your money or time on the item. Save up and get an iPod or a Zune. This MP3 player is hard to figure out and is not well made. The software is a nightmare.

Buttons are cheap, instructions not clear and sound is so-so. If this is all you can afford then buy it, If you can afford a little better one then buy it.

I got this for my daugther for xmas. She ca't put the thing down. She loves all the different functions or features should I say. She thinks it's really cool! Score 1 for the mommy!

I got this for my daughter(she's 20) she liked the color,didn't like the weight of it(she said that it felt like a cheap toy) she had touble with the touch screen and with downloading her music. Her biggest problem was that she could not find the right memory card for it anywhere,the booklet did not help(and yes she did take the mp3 with her to all the stores and no one could help her,because they didn't know where she could find one that would fit) She did figure out the music and movie part of it,but is not real happy with it. she will keep it,because it was a gift from me and because she at least can use it at work to listen to some music.

does not hold a charge long enough to turn it on. Charged it overnight and as soon as I take it off the charger it dies.

it is a great mp3 player that loocks like a ipod. Also it has most of the thing an apple ipod touch has but there like 200 dollars more!you should buy one!
