I was disappointed with this product. I bought a refurbished laptop because it was cheaper and I was told there were in good condition, Mine was all scratched up on the top. T he computer is more than five years old. I didn't think it would be that old. I also have problems getting my internet connection working and staying connected, I would not recommend this product I should have spent a little extra money and purchased a new laptop
