I was disappointed with this product. I bought a refurbished laptop because it was cheaper and I was told there were in good condition, Mine was all scratched up on the top. T he computer is more than five years old. I didn't think it would be that old. I also have problems getting my internet connection working and staying connected, I would not recommend this product I should have spent a little extra money and purchased a new laptop

I didn't know what to expect when I ordered the computer. Everything worked out great. I needed this because of traveling business and need to get on the Internet and do my work. Great buy.

Though the Laptop was used, Looked new, and my wife love it.
