Christmas gift for my husband
My husband wanted an Android tablet for Christmas and after shopping around, he decided he liked the Toshiba Excite. Overstock had the best price around (especially with a discount and Club O rewards). He is very happy with his gift.

Great Tablet with furure storage expansion
I am loving my tablet. I had wanted an i Pad however finding that the starting price was $399 for the i Pad mini compared to the deal on this tablet with 32g plus the 10-inch size which was what I wanted, I decided to take the plunge and purchase the Toshiba. I have owned a Toshiba laptop in the past and it was a dependable, good quality computer. The screen is bright and clear. The touch/slide responds smoothly and the browser is fast. I have been adding some apps and have read a novel with it. I loved reading with it...marked my place between sessions and has a built in dictionary, quite handy. I have watched several television programs on it and one full length movie. No problems with the tablet. I think this tablet is a plus because it has a full size SD card slot which allows expansion of storage space to 128g plus micro USB and HDMI output ports. The Android operating system was quite easy to figure out. I am still learning other things I can do with the tablet but find it ideal for web surfing & checking my email which is my primary use for the item. I find that a smart phone's screen is just too small to really do much web surfing and this 10-inch screen is so much more enjoyable.
