Great Purchase!
I purchased this for my Uncle as his birthday is the first day of spring. He loves it & found it easy to use even though he's not tech smart, he read the instructions and I gave him some dvd's I had for a while and he's a happy camper! Nice Machine...
This is a nice combo machine...I bought it to transfer my VCR tapes onto discs...this does a nice job of it but it is a little confusing and takes some getting used to the process. But I am no "techie"...so those that are more tech savy should have no problem. Does all that it says it will nicely..and looks very sleek I have no complaints!

DVD/VCR
Have only used the VCR side, but works well. DOES have the internal tuner - can change channels on VCR - this is getting rarer now, and as my cable doesn't require a channel box, I need one in the VCR. Easy hookup.

Toshiba DVR670 DVD/VCR
I purchased this in April 2011 and I am pleased with the speed and condition of the item when I received it. The unit works fine and is easy to setup. The one thing that I found is that when you try program a DVD, when you put the DVD in and it is loading it, then recognizes the DVD, the menu will not let you program anything. You have to eject the DVD then program. Some little quirk I suppose. Have not really read all the manual yet. But it is a good unit.
