Those who want to zoom in even further can activate the 10x digital zoom and expand the zoom up to 100x. Great camcorder!
I bought this camcorder to take some home videos and use on vacation. It's great when traveling becasue it's not that big and doesn't weigh that much. THe only problem I have with it is that when I'm using the touch screen it sometimes has a delay if i'm trying to go through the vidoe or pictures too fast. But if you use the manuel buttons instead of the screen it zips right through. I love the quality of the pictures and the video. Plus the software is really simple to use and it has a YouTube direct button that uplaods your video right to YouTube so that's been nice. Also, the pictures come out great and very clear. Not grainy at all. And I love the easy button that lets you switch between camera and video so easy! I also love that it comes with 4GB internal memory and a carrying case(not a nice case but a case all the same) So if your looking for a great camcorder that's not to pricey I would definitely recommend this one!

A bit smaller than expected, but ok for the price. For pictures its not the best but over all i must say we were happy with the product.

Unexpected gem
I ordered this camera based on price and that it had a power cord as I needed a camera quick that wasn't going to break the bank. This little camera has so many great features it is hard to count. I love the dual recording option, the touch screen, wide angle, remote, and the great software. The only down side, and it appears to be the case with all video cameras, is short battery life.
