  • Failed right away, no repair in sight...

    I bought this TV new, not refurbished, but it failed within a couple of months, and that was 3 weeks and 4 long phone calls ago and still no repair in site. You have to ask yourself, why is a new TV model being sold as refurbished? Toshib craftsmanship has totally gone down hill, and there is no service.

    • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? only lasted 2 months
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. fine, until it went black
