Within 1 month my dad managed to get the TV into a "RETAIL LOCK". Troubleshooted online, called their tech support - unable to UNLOCK. Tech support said I could bring the TV into a Toshiba servicer, the closest one is 45 minutes away... so that is 90 minutes round tip, plus another 90 minutes to go back to pick it up. 3 hours of my life to get a $250 TV fixed. They wouldnt even cover shipping - I have the original box and everything. WHAT A WASTE! Will never buy another Toshiba product again.
The service at Overstock was great and the price was also. Dealing with Overstock was very easy. Shipping was great ,on time . I would recomend them , you areable to do any better.

No signature needed for a TV worth $^&*, but a TV stand worth $$%# did require a signature? Both purchased from Overstock and delivered by UPS. I was very upset to find that a signature was not needed for release of the TV which meant that, although someone was home, the UPS delivery person didn't wait for someone to answer the door, he carried the box that says TOSHIBA LED TV, with a picture of the TV on it and decided to place it over the fence on my patio. I live in a condo complex, next door to an apartment complex, and the delivery person felt it was ok to place it over the fence, where anyone who might have been watching him, could have easily retrieved it. However, no one did. The TV screen was smashed, but the box wasn't damaged at all. Overstock replaced the TV within a week with no trouble at all. The replacement TV also did not require a signature.
