I received the TV in 2 days of ordering with free shipping. It is a new TV and not refurbished. It was easy to set up and connect DVD and VCR and I am NOT electronically inclined at all. I had it set up by myself in about 15 minutes. The picture is great, the sound is great b/c the speakers are on the front, the remote is easy to use and you can program it to your other devices. I have had it about a week now and am very happy with it!
