We purchased a Toshiba 24SLV411U LED TV from Overstock. When it arrived we set it up and it worked just fine the first day and night we had it. The next day we turned it on and it didn't come on. I contacted Toshiba on a live chat and gave them the model and serial number. They told me that the unit was out of warranty. Mind you, this was a brand new TV. They had me do a few troubleshooting steps and concluded that the TV was a goner. They told me to contact the people we purchased it from. Overstock was very helpful and immediately sent out a label to return the unit. Thank God I didn't throw out the packaging. I received a new one within a few days and it has been working fine since. I have the feeling that Overstock buys old or rejected stock and that's why the prices are cheaper. That's just my opinion.

I bought this TV/DVD player to use in a 2nd home until we get a larger TV--then we'll use this one for the bedroom. We haven't moved in "permanently" and don't have cable or satellite hook-up yet, so we're just using it to play movies. The set up was simple and in plain, non-geek English. The picture quality is quite good, perhaps not as good as my Panasonic at home, but at this price, I didn't expect that. For the price, it's well worth it.

This TV is easy to set up. It was easy to hook up to my AT & T UVerse Cable System too. Very nice picture and high quality. Sleek design too.

was a little disapointed that it was not a led tv, because that was what i had been researching in the stores. the sound is not the greatest, maybe because the speakers are located on the rear. overall would recomend for a bdrm or playroom, but not for a main tv source

I love my TV, I wish it was bigger, but I also choose this size. The bult in DVD player is easy too use.

This TV has been excellent for my needs. I purchased this to be used at school because I needed a new on to replace our previous TV. I have been very happy with this product, except for the fact that the speakers are on the back and it makes it a little difficult to hear in a large classroom. Other than that, I am very pleased with this TV.

Bought the TV for my mother who has a bit of a hearing problem. Everything about the TV was fine except for the speakers which had limited volume. I ended up trading another larger TV with bigger internal speakers that I had also bought from Overstock for this one. Good TV but not for someone who needs elevated sound levels.
