This is a great product for the price. On my out of town trips it has been very accurate. Locally, I have found a few directional errors. While using the bluetooth, I am told it is difficult to hear me when talking, although I can hear the persons on the receiving end with no problem. The screen is very adequate and easy to read and see. Overall, I am very pleased with this product.

I just received my TOMTOM 920, like the other review said, it is missing the all the extra that it says it suppose to come with such as the case, memory card, and all that jazz!!

Love the GPS it works great for what i got it for. I've had no issues at all. Except, (And let me just add this is being used on a motorcycle) It could be a little louder, not really a TomTom error, also the advertisement in Overstock says it comes with various attachments, they are not shipped with or were not shipped to me. may be an error with overstock and not tomtom. i.e. Dual plug for power cable, SD card, protective case

My parents absolutely love this GPS! I price checked this at a few different websites and overstock had the best price for the amount/type of accessories included.

Pros:Product works exactly as expected.Good directions, IQRoutes works nicely after updating software.After updating all software, maps, etc it is identical to a 930.Cons:Bright sunlight glare is a bit of an issue.Battery Life is less than 1 hour on a full charge. This is most likely due to the long period of being on a shelf / warehouse.Other Thoughts:Additional accessories included are cheap quality, but I view them as basically free throw ins.

Product works well and as expected. Will do exactly what I am looking for. My first GPS.... I'm so proud!! ;-) Shopped around retail and on-line. This was a great price for a near-top of the line product version and model.

If you use tomtom as your car kit for mobile phones use an external mic.that highly improves your readbility on you voice. The speaker is perfect but the microphone is most time to far away to produce readable sound for your counterpart cheers, rene

I really enjoyed this product. It met my expectations and more. The delivery was quicker than stated and everything came in sturdy boxes when they arrived. I would definitely recommend Overstock in getthing the merchandise to me quickly.

It is amazing how accurate this gps is .ez to use / fun while using . the only little fault , perhaps due to MN cold winters the suction cup holder separates from the windshield. but I am no physicist so perhaps the inside of the windshield needs windexing. Back to the TomTom.. I love the voice used for giving directions. my wife and I can't wait to take it across the USA on our summer vacation.

I bought this to assist in traveling to NJ. Would have been lost without it. I feel confident in traveling anywhere. Love the favorites features and bluetooth capabilities.

As in any new product it takes time to get used to. Until one gets familiar with all the features it can be a bit overwhelming. But I am very pleased with the TomTom 920

Bought if for work , easy to use. Lots of extras to help with other items if in an unknown area.
