    Works as advertised. Keeps laptop about 10 Celsius colder than without fan. LED lighting is nice, especially in a low-lit room. Oversized fan surprisingly makes little noise and the fan itself hardly gets dust accumulated on it. The metal mesh is great for passive cooling and it leaves plenty of room for air movement underneath.

  • Poor product quality and performance, company does

    IMHO, this is a very dishonorable company. We purchased three Massive 23 laptop coolers in December during the rebate period. My mom purchased one, my spouse purchased one, and I purchased one. We each purchased these separately, all with our own money. When we each sent in the rebate request, Thermaltake denied all but one, saying only one rebate per household was allowed. Well, that is pretty low. I am married to my spouse obviously, and my mom lives with us. We often purchase similar or the same items, based on brand loyalty. We have never had a company disallow a rebate simply because we all live together. What utter nonsense! This is the second time Thermaltake has denied a rebate to me. The first time, they would not even provide a reason, and I was the only one in the household submitting rebate paperwork then. Not only that, these Massive23 coolers are poor quality. They do not cool, and they rattle terribly...all three of them. So, do not buy from this company.

The items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. You must return items in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. We will issue a partial refund of up to 70 percent if returned items have been opened, used, or returned late. More Details
