My anti-virus / anti spyware software "SpySweeper" detects the installation software has having the 'give4free' Adware, which displays advertisements on your system. Also, could not get this to work with Vista home. Nice idea, just wait till they get a better version of this out later.

I got this item for my kids and we loved it so much, I decided to get them as gifts this year! Great items at a great price! One thing I noticed is that the last person ranked this item low because it doesn't work with Vista...but from my experience...what does??? I have had many problems with my Vista so we had switched back to XP and this item has worked great for me! Thanks Overstock!

I'm a new Grandma and I was very excited to get these key chains - what a great idea! However, the keychains can connect to a USB port on the computer, but is not recognizable by the computer without loading the keychain's software. Only problem is that the CD is a MINI CD. If you have a slot-loading CD drive on your computer (my laptop is a slot-load), you're stuck without an adapter to hold the mini!! I've had the product for several weeks now, and need to go and find an adapter to be able to load the software! The manufacturer really goofed on this one - I've totally lost my excitement and motivation to actually get the keychain up and running!

I bought the four pack of this item and was worried after seeing the reviews on here. But I have now had my item for three weeks and I have loaded all but one of the keychains with pics to give away as Christmas presents. It was probably a little longer than a three hour charging time initally but I haven't had to charge the one I carry on my keychain once since that first time and it still comes on, lights up, gives me no trouble. The software installed easily and synced up with the keychain just as the instructions stated...you do have to follow the directions to get this to do exactly what you want. I am running Vista as my OS and there was never any error message or problem at all. Everyone I have shown this to wants one and thinks it's the coolest thing...definitely a good purchase. Even my husband was pleased since one of these is going to his Mom. The only thing I would improve would be to add a separate button to turn the backlight on and off because if you don't keep scrolling through the pics consistently then the backlight turns off while you are looking at a picture.

I bought this for stocking stuffers (one was for myself). I opened mine to see how the keychain worked and I am very satisfied. It worked just as described and I didn't have to much trouble installing the software. I am definitely excited to see the reactions on Christmas day! Great price, too!

I bought this item as small gifts for some family members... ALL four of the Photo key chains broke within a few uses... The photos that were uploaded were viewed as low quality and cheap looking. Don't waste your money on these!!!!

I bought in 4 colours and none worked. They were gifts so it is quite embarassing.

I bought nine of these things and tried to get 2 to work on my IMAC and then tried my husband's PC. Did not work. Tech support said black ones were defective. Too bad I didn't buy the other colors. Very disappointed. Thought they'd be a nice gift for a lot of different people. WRONG!

I normally love products from The Sharper Image. I was hoping for something that had a bit more weight to it and seemed a little less plastic and breakable. That said, however, it was simple to charge, load images, etc. The Image quality was less than expected, but not horrible. I gave two as gifts and they were well received.

This product was a waste of money. I spent much too much time installing the software, charging the batteries, and putting the pix on the keychain. When I was done, the photos were almost invisible. The only pix that look alright are bright full face shots of people. If you have more than one person in the shot the picture is too small to see clearly. Also, you can only see the photos at all at one angle, so more than one person can't look at the keychain at once. Bad choice and unfortunately, I got 4 of them!

I ordered these for our first child's grandparents so they could take them along and show off our little guy. We loaded them for everyone and it was easy. The picture quality is great. I am very happy with this purchase. Enjoy!

These were great gifts. The only negative is you need to remember to connect the key chain to your computer to charge it.

These made excellent x-mas gifts for grandparents to show off their grandchildren! It is easy enough for even a grandmother who avoids technology as much as possible. Also because they are so compact, grandma can carry photos with her everywhere she travels.

The package deal I got was a great Idea. My family loved the quallity and ease of use of the product highly recomended!

Overstock has excellent timing in shipping orders to customers in a wonderful fashion especially around the busy holiday season. As far as my product...I am utterly unsatisfied. Unfortunately, 3 of the 4 keychains I purchased were defective! I called the customer service number in the instructions manual, they sent 3 new ones and 2 of those don't work!!! I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone to make this right, for the SECOND time. This was the first time I have purchased from Overstock, I'm not sure if I will buy from them again, but I definately will NOT advise anyone to buy these keychains!

I thought this would make a great stocking stuffer for this year for the family. I did not have major issues with how clear the pictures were or size. This is a knick knack and nothing more. What I do not like is that 2 of the 4 in the pack are now broken. None of the damage was from mis-handling. 1 broke in a stocking that had nothing other than a pair of fluffy socks in it. The second broke in the ipod pocket of my briefcase - again, nothing should have hit it. All in all, the 2 broken ones were useful for a week. Don't waste your money on this product!!
