I've had no problems with the keychain, and it's a really cute conversation piece! The one and only drawback is the housing...it's a rather cheap plastic. Other than that, it works great, and very easy to use!
there are higher end products out there...a bit more slick and smaller yet these are colorful, fun and well priced. Best yet, it is soooo easy to operate/upload and manage Photos.
I would highly recommend purchasing this product.

This is the first time I have dealt with Overstock.com and was very pleased with the product and service I received.
I have purchased 9 of these for Christmas gifts and of course had to keep one for myself. One was defective and within two days I had a return shipping label and they immediately sent a replacement. The picture is really sharp and I would recommend it to anyone. I did have a problem loading the CD and had to take my tower to the computer store and they got it loaded. They said the CD was defective but managed to load it.
