I bought this one for a gift and it was not what I expected. Also, when I opened it did not work at all!!

I purchased this as a gift, because it could be installed with a Mac system. Unfortunately, it does not work. The person I gave it to can not get it to install on either their desktop system or laptop system.

Software loaded easily. Pictures were a snap to download. Just wish the contrast and brightness were a little sharper. But I believe it is a good product for the price.

Great value considering it retailed for $50. Perfect Father's Day, easy to load and transfer photos to, easy to operate, looks quality made. Would buy again

I've had no problems with the keychain, and it's a really cute conversation piece! The one and only drawback is the housing...it's a rather cheap plastic. Other than that, it works great, and very easy to use!

there are higher end products out there...a bit more slick and smaller yet these are colorful, fun and well priced. Best yet, it is soooo easy to operate/upload and manage Photos. I would highly recommend purchasing this product.

I Purchased four keychains for Christmas presents. You charge the unit through the usb cable which is included. Very easy to download pictures. Very clear instructions to follow are included. The pictures are very clear. These make the perfect gift for any age or any occasion.

This is the first time I have dealt with Overstock.com and was very pleased with the product and service I received. I have purchased 9 of these for Christmas gifts and of course had to keep one for myself. One was defective and within two days I had a return shipping label and they immediately sent a replacement. The picture is really sharp and I would recommend it to anyone. I did have a problem loading the CD and had to take my tower to the computer store and they got it loaded. They said the CD was defective but managed to load it.

My daughter bought me another type of digital keychain and the photos could hardly be seen. The Sharper Image Digital photo keychain is very easy to load pictures onto and operation is very easy also. My husband says that I am challenged when it comes to using electronics. I have been able to use this product with no problems. Also, the pictures are very clear and easily seen. Thank you.

What a wonderful addition to my keychain! Now when someone asks if I have pictures of the kids I have them as well as pictures of other family members and events. I am going to get more to give as Christmas gifts.
