I bought this for myself and as a gift for 2 other people. My mother and sister also bought some. I was the only one to open mine and load photos onto it. After loading, I turned it on to show my sister. Everything was fine. Then I didn't turn it on for a few weeks, and now it won't turn on. The light comes on, but no power up or on occurs. We have tried to use the reset button on the back, and nothing happens. I'm going to be taking mine back to the store, trying another one and if this one doesn't work, then me, mom and sis will be taking all of ours back.

I purchased the 4-pack for gifts and to keep one for myself. I was bothered after I purchased and saw the other review under this item but ultimately was surprised! If you follow the instructions (i.e. charging the keychains first and then loading pics) it's super easy to install, load pics and use this keychain. The only thing I would say is that the backlight could be built in as a separate button because it turns off after just a few seconds if you don't constantly push the button to "slide" the pics. As for the quality of the pictures I had some pics of my computer that I had scanned in and they appeared a bit grainy on my computer screen but after loading one onto the keychain it was clearer than the computer. Very nice quality. The software that comes with the keychains was very basic and the icon on your desktop looks awful if you have a digital screen, you have to work to "crop" pictures because there is no manual on how to do this and I just happened to do it without meaning to and then was able to figure it out after that. So, overall, it's easy to use. I highly recommend this product and I don't know what problems other people might have had but I have had none. I love it and everyone I have shown it to thinks it is the coolest thing. Several people have asked where I purchased from so they could get them also.

I receive one as a present and when I tried to use it on an HP protable running vista it didn't work. So, figuring that I didn't read the installation instructions, I ordered one from Overstock and followed the instructions to the letter. It doesnt charge the battery in the unit. It will run as long as I have it plugged in. The time and date resets everytime I unplug it. It doesn't light up without a usb connection. It must have something do do with Vista or HP as my wife has one and uses it OK with a Dell computer running XP.

I ordered two of these and both would not hold a charge. They work when directly hooked to the USB & Computer. Will not power up after detaching. Totaly dissapointed. Would not order again.

I have wasted many hours on this pathetic gadget. I bought 2 to give as gifts, wasted many hours trying to get them working, but neither of them had any power once unplugged from the computer, no matter how long I charged them for. I have found out from internet searching that this is a problem with the internal battery and cannot be mended. I returned them to the manufacturer and after 15 weeks (!) they sent replacements. 1 of the replacements worked great (for now, don't know whether it will still be good in a few weeks as other reviewers said they don't last). The fact that this one works fine tells me that I was doing it right, but the other is still not working once unplugged from the computer. Every time I have to wait for replacements, I miss the person's birthday that it was bought for, so have to wait for Christmas to give it to them now (assuming that I will eventually get one that wotks.

I ordered two of the keychain photo albums. One worked, while the other is defective and will not take a charge, thus does not work at all. it was a Christmas gift for my husbandr. I now have to return the defective item. This was a disappointment for my first experience with Overstock.com.

I bought this for my mom as a mother's day gift. Before giving it to her, I loaded pic's of her grandchildren on it. It is very easy to use and she loved it!

I was very happy with this purchase. So was my mother happy with her mother's day gift. The disc that was enclosed did not work, I called the number on the back of the box and they gave me the web site to were I could download the program. It was easy to download, easy to upload the pictures and overall a great gift.

I bought this for my mom for Mothers Day, I had recieved one at Christmas and it wouldn't work but used all the same hookup and now they both are all set up and working. I would recommend this product to everybody. The picture is pretty clear and it is very easy to download and change pics. Now my dad wants one for Fathers Day.

The Sharper Image Key Chain holder is perfect for bringing those precious memories along with you wherever you go! It's easy to use and it's graphics are great. The only con coming from this product is the fact that it doesn't hold many pictures. Other than that, it's the perfect little gift for any occassion!

I like the photo key chain, but it's kinda big and clunky. Much bigger than I had pictured it. It looks okay by itself with 1 key on a key chain, just like the picture shows. But if you have more than one key or key chain, it's big and clunky.

This one is cute! The outside is made of plastic so it does look cheap. However, photo quality and ease of use are on the money. Figured everything out without directions. Just throw in the CD, load it up, and go! Many compliments on what a great idea it is. Many friends impressed with the cost also.

I found the Digital Photo key chain easy to use. Pictures quality is excellent. I liked it so much that I purchased another one for my daughter.

A perfect gift for the proud mother! It's not always possiblle to carry around lots of baby pictures, but with it as a key chain that holds several pictures...issue solved!! My sister-in-law thought it was PERFECT!

I bought it for a birthday gift for my new daughter-in-law. I uploaded wedding photos. She LOVES it! I found it very user-friendly. The darker photos are hard to see, something to keep in mind when you are selecting which ones to upload. I plan on buying more for gifts.

Pretty handy gadget, but you better have good eyes if you want to see the pictures as they are really tiny and if you look at it very often it eats the battery. But, I like it and would give it as a gift to someone.

Cute little keychain. A little lighter than I expected, but extremely easy to set up and makes for a wonderful gift.
