Video quality is not good. Software is not compatible with WIn Vista. Font is very bad. Totally it's not worth. When trying to convert video , it's not converting fully. One more things Audio is ok.

this player wa just about right, the only complaint was the earbud sound quality, since that was an easy fix, this turns out to be pretty darn good.

I ordered this product for my daughter for Christmas the price is right,, the video is poor doesn't come through clear,, and also the charger doesn't hold very well.. on its way back for a return.

Windows Media 11 Compatible, Easy to Load Music onto, After adding Cd software to My computer for video formatting (with no problems), Put Fast & Furious 4 ( That formatted in less than 5 min.) & Transferred it to player was so easy a 5th grader could do it. Sharper Image still withholds it's brand name quality & design. But, the bad news, Video playing Graphics is ok; not great just ok. Price wise worth $$ To $$$. For me I would buy this product again over a I-pod any day.

I bought this player for my 8 year old and have been trying to load songs onto it for 3 days. The manual stinks. Everything is downloaded, appears on my computer in the proper "audio" folder for the unit yet the songs are not available on the unit. Tech support never answers the phone. If I can find the receipt, it's going back for an exchange for a nano!

This MP3 will start over at the beginning of your play list everytime you turn it off or switch functions. I get sick of hearing the same songs everytime I go out for a walk. I always have to skip through what I have already heard. The good point is that is was easy to figure out how to download songs. That is why I says it is just OK.

I purchased this player for my husband. He'd still been using a walkman, if you can believe it! The size was a big factor, as he had to be able to fit it in a pocket. Never did I imagine that it'd have as many features as it does! Our kids already own MP3 players but they ALL want his! And, the amount of memory is a wonderful surprise!

Good product and comes with everything you need. No need for intructions on how to use it, but they are included regardless....

I thought is was kinda cool not good function but it was OK but i didn't like the video quality that much. like i said it's OK.

This product is not very self explanatory. We followed step-by-step instructions from the manual, and still can't get the product to work. Can't upload any music to it... just keeps saying "Error". This was a huge disappointment since it was a birthday present for my 11 year old.

My son loves the player, but doesn't like to have to page through all the songs to get to the one he wants to play.

This player was purchased for a sons Christmas gift. Although it does work, it has poor image quality and is not easy to navigate. Unfortuantely, my son was a bit dissappointed in "Santa's " selection.

Cool machine. Works great easy to use, I am able to run it with little assistance from the kid.

smaller then i thought but got use to it easy to download music too like the color features etc.

Great price for a quality product. I gave them out for Christmas and kept one for myself. Great audio and video display. Controls take a bit getting use to, but I would purchase again as gifts.

I bought this MP3 player for myself. Immediately I noticed problems. The guide that comes with the MP3 player is not very explanatory. Not to mention, I was under the impression that you can upload numerous songs on this mp3 player, certainly more than the 122 that it lets me upload. I don't know what the point of the converters are; as I have not used them. The sound quality is excellent. I have no problem with the sound. The picture quality isn't great, but its not as bad as I thought it would be.

VERY DIFFICULT TO USE AND UNDERSTAND. MANUAL IS A GOOD 1/2" THICK WITH SMALL PRINT. CANNOT SIMPLY SYNC TO PRODUCT. DONT KNOW HOW IT SOUND BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET IT TO WORK. $ DOWN THE DRAIN.

This has been the most frustrating product that I baught in 2007. It looks great in the package,and opened. It is obvious that they wanted a quality looking product. Don't be fooled. The operation of the product is not easy. THE BATTERY MUST BE FULLY CHARGED EVERY TIME AND FULLY DISCHARGED EVERY TIME. I have not been able to load any new songs or videos, it appears that there are no files on the drive yet the space is almost full? I am tired of trying and I WILL RETURN THIS PRODUCT ASAP!

This is not the easiest MP3 player to use! My son received one as a gift (a different brand) and it was MUCH easier to operate. The writing on the screen is quite small too and somewhat hard to read. Not user friendly!!

This is a poorly built, very difficult to program (it refuses to accept a current date input, among other things), MP3 player. I stored a few photos from my collection and the display was so bad that the photos could hardly be identified. I have had great difficulty in storing music and have essentially given up on the device. One day in the future I will buy a "real" MP3 player. I thought that by buying a product sold by Sharper Image that I would be getting a device that at the very least, would function as advertised. This device is a great disappointment.
