Toshiba 34-inch HD-Ready Flat-Screen TUBE TV (Refurb)

Happy overall with the TV although I found the picture to be AMAZING once we had the HD cable installed. I have some issues with the ease of use but I am keenly aware that I am not a tech person.

The television arrived very quickly, it was in excellent condition and is an outstanding value! I like it very much! BUT...it is shipped only to the threshhold of your home and it weighs in excess of 150 pounds(all of which is not indicated) and it takes two strong people to more it. Also the width demension is inaccurate, the widtth is over 35 inches not the advertised 33+. This could prove to be a problem for some people. Otherwise the item itself is as advertised and has an excellent picture quality.

This is a great TV/movie viewer. I could only afford it at Overstock's price + O Club. You can do everything manually or auto-everything; the remote comes pre-programmed.Heaven! If you to do home theatre, you can. Refurbished stuff? I've bought printers and a scanner before and found them a great deal, and bought the 2-yr service contract. I wish Overstock would post weights on heavy items. The set is 150lbs, and TV stands are rated on load. This set is worth it.

The TV is nice, with very good picture and sound quality. It's a bit chunky, however, and heavy...I had to get my son-in-law and my neighbor, the fireman, to help me lift it into the niche. My biggest complaint was with the way it was advertised on Overstock. 1. It was a refurbished machine and I don't remember any mention of that in the online description. 2. It was a few inches wider and deeper than the dimensions listed in the online description, so it almost didn't fit in my niche!
