THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR A SONY ERICSSON AS ADVERTISED. AFTER HOURS ONLINE WITH TECH SUPPORT THE PROGRAM JUST WOULD NOT WORK. I HAVE OVER 100 PICS ON MY PHONE MOSTLY OF MY NEWBORN GRANDAUGHTER THAT WILL BE LOST.

Set is complete and easy to use. Simple and easy directions. Check for any updates in the software. I was able to transfer contacts,address book, and etc. in less time than making a pot of coffee. Weeks less than typing everything in a letter and number at a time.

well i bought it thinking wow what a great price, everywhere else was like 30 bucks..by the way, i have a z500a...its one of the listed compatible phones...i wanted to put the pictures on my computer with a cable cause i dont have blue tooth.....i bought it, and it came in, the middle prong was wobbly and loose, it was hard to insert into my phone, my computer installed the software and cable fine, but it didnt recognize my phone at all...i tried everything, i even tried it on a different sony ericsson phone (also was on the compatible phone list) and it still didnt work...so yeah i was greatly disappointed and i returned the cable, hopefully it made it back in the ten day period
