Maybe I didn't read the ad closely, but I was expecting a phone that you could plug in and use. Unfortunatley this is JUST a handset, you need the base unit to use it. I was dissapointed I had to spend more and wait for the base to arrive. Also, the sound quality is not as good as expected, and the caller I.D. is AWFUL. Display shows only a number or a name, noth both. So If you dont know the phone numbers by sight, you will have no idea who is calling. One more thing, the red light flashes everytime you miss a call, whether there is a voicemail message or not. It is kind of annoying. Over all, I would say, try a different phone.

Phone is convenient and easy to use. Lightweight and
full of features. It was easy to program and has features that make it easy to personalize. Like the different tones! Would recommend to anyone!
