We have been happy with our phone. It has good features. Our favorite is how the handset is a speakerphone, and it's very clear, loud and simple to use. We have used others where the speaker feature was inept.

The phone works well, except for the volume. Even at it's highest level, it is not loud enough for me to hear the caller unless I have complete silence in the background. Lucky for me, I use it at home, where I can mute devices, but for an office or someone with kids, forget it.
I do want to say something about Overstock. This is the only company I have ever dealt with that actually took my needs into consideration. The first phone arrived with a defective handset. I called the manufacturer, who confirmed the product was defective. I am disabled, and repackaging and trying to get the item to a courier is quite a hardship on me. I contacted Overstock, and asked if there was anything else that could be done, such as sending me a new battery to try, before I had to try to return this phone. Overstock took it upon themselves to call me, and tell me they were going to send me a new phone without me having to return the old one! They really saved me some agony, and I cannot express my appreciation enough. The new phone works, and I am one happy customer who will continue to recommend Overstock to anyone who will listen.

I ordered this specifically for the audio and the 40 name memory. It has memory only for 10 names and number. That was a bummer. Overall, i definitely would recommend but only if you don't have more than 10 frequently called numbers.

This phone is good for the price. I don't like the feel/shape of the handset, but my teenaged daughter does. I sometimes get static, but if I move around, that will help at times. To me, it doesn't work too well if you are far from the base. The battery stays charged for REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY Long time! I use it for several hours a day.
