expensive machine, but would recommended it anyway. ONly problem is that since it does not have a tape, if the power goes off then I have to re-do the whole thing.

This is not an answering machine, it's a caller ID unit. Unfortunately, I removed it from the package before I realized it.

this is a poor quality answering machine that was difficult to set up. I have already replaced it with a different machine.
