I purchased this phone because I have a son going to school in Canada. Since I have been more than satisfied with SKYPE via the computer I thought this would be an even better way to communicate with him. The phone constantly drops the phone calls and I usually have to call him back via my compuer. It is a great concept but a huge waste of money. I accidently tossed the box or else I would have sent it back.
