We bought the Teac SRL-Xi iPod Table Radio to take to our condo in Puerto Vallarta. However we like it so much, we will have to order another one for our home.We are not "sound" aficionados but the sound quality is great as far as we are concerned. They have multiple adapters for different iPods and, although marked, I had a hard time finding the correct adapter. Also, it would be nice if the adapter snapped into place - it just sits above the connection. But besides that we are very pleased with the unit and will order another one.

The sound on this unit is wonderful! I just love the ease of use, the remote control, the beauty of the piece. It's great for my older, video ipod. But I got this for my son. He has a brand new, gen4 nano. It plays his music, but does not charge the ipod. This is a major drawback, especially since he claims (he's 11) that leaving the ipod on the unit drains his ipod, even when it isn't on. But I think it will be good news for me. I think I'll keep it and get him a different one!

I am very happy with this purchase. The audio quality is very good for the price. The sleep feature is very easy to use however one area of improvement would be to offer a "45 minute" choice not just a 30, 60 or 90.

Sounds good, looks even better. Good quality for the price. No problems so far with it being refurbished. Impressive sound for the size. I would recommend this product for anyone looking to listen to their Ipod in the bedroom, kitchen, or other area of the home.

The sound that comes from this unit is outstanding! I have a friend who got a Bose docking/speaker system & she said this sounds equally as good as hers! My disappointment with the item is the fact that my son's new i-pod chromatic will not charge in the unit--bummer! The other issue is that it is not really an alarm clock as I thought it might be; still working to see if the timer will serve the same function. Sound, looks & ease of use still make this a GREAT value.

Dollar for dollar, a good deal. Amazingly good sound for the price. Is it the same a Bose system? No. But it's not $300 either. It's larger than I imagined from the picture. Nice looking. Easy to operate. Easy to use remote. Really tough to beat for the money.

Overall very, very good product. No problem with refurb. Excellent features and very sleek design. Design is comparable to the Bose system, but far less costly. Impressed enough that I purchased another for my son. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star overall, is that I wish I could crank it up louder to entertain outside by the pool and sometimes the FM reception has some soft hssss. However it's power and sound are excellent for a normal sized room.

This product is solid, with excellent sound & functions. Radio reception is not great, but we have not yet set up the antenna. Compares well to the Bose system we have that is twice the price w/no radio or clock.

MY CO-WORKER PURCHASED THIS SYSTEM FOR ME TO USE AT WORK. I PURCHASED ONE FOR HOME. NOW I AM PURCHASING ONE AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR MY EMPLOYER. THIS PRODUCT IS SO GOOD I DO NOT LISTEN TO MY I-POD ON IT JUST THE RADIO ALL DAY LONG AT WORK AND WAKE UP TO MY FAVORITE STATION IN THE MORNING. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

After only 11 days of use, it was no longer usable. It wasn't keeping time, speed would slow and it would depleat the IPOD battery (ONLY 6 MONTHS old) within an hour. They will only refund 80 percent of cost. They just lost a customer

I bought this for my son, and he is very picky on his electronics preferences. But to my amazement he nothing to negative to say about this item at all. He loves the bass and the fact that he can also use it as an iPod deck. Even though it was as refurb, you would never know, and the price was great!

after reading all the ratings for this, i decided to give this product a try, even though i was nervous about buying the "refurbished" product. but we've been thrilled so far- sounds is great, features are exactly what we wanted, and it looks great too. i feel like i got a great deal on this. only problem was that the remote sent to us did not work but overstock quickly shipped out a new one to us and it works great.
