It worked fine for about 3 months but then the CD player didn't work. It would play for a bit and then kick open the cd door on it's own, stop playing. There was no helping it. Gave this junk to the mission, although I almost tossed it in the trash. Sounded good when it worked.

the sound was not as good as I had hoped, at first the left speaker was not working and overstock said they would send me another, they did, but as it turns out the main cord, was loose and would not work if pushed in all the way, the other speaker ended up not working either. overstock.com returned the item easily. customer service was stellar, fast and efficient. product was not great but the service made up for it. I will definitely shop with Overstock again. Don't know if I'd buy Teac again unfortunately.

Beautiful unit, very nice sound from CD. Tuner is not good, and presets disappear when base power is shut off.

We love the size of this unit. The speakers are very nice and slim. They fit on the bedroom side table just perfect. So far the sound is wonderful. We are hoping the unit last us a long time. Very happy with purchase and the unit was shipped in a timely manner over the holidays!

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife. Arrived exactly when expected, and performs to our total satisfaction. Quality and sound are better than expected for such a reasonably priced radio/cd player.

When I initially received my Radio/CD player, the CD part of the system did not work. I called Overstock and was pleasantly surprised when they were willing to ship me that part of the system without me having to ship the entire set back. Since the radio worked, I knew it had great sound. In less than a week, I had the new Radio/CD player that works great. The sound is very good for a small set. I am very happy with the player and cannot say enough good for the customer service department. I only wish it were a 3 CD player instead of one since I hate to keep reloading the CD when I want to change it.

I was impressed with the quality of this Stereo. I have been looking for quite a while and for my money this unit is more solid than most. The sound is of good quality. It's for my Son who is at collage but his brother is jelous so I think I made a good buy.

I bought this stereo system for my boyfriend's birthday, but had no idea how to shop for one. I read reviews from other websites that recommended this one, and the price was great. We wanted something for our apartment living room, but can easily use it in a bedroom with the alarm clock feature when we get a larger house. It arrived in great time and was easy to set up.He says, "it can interface easily with any MP3 player, provided you have an RCA mini. The sound is full and has a good range from top to bottom. Operationally easy to figure out and there is nothing I don't like about it!"

Overall I think it is a good product. Lightweight. OK reception for me.

Never taken the time to write a review before even after many good experiences buying at Overstock.com, but this purchase made my day. I bought for a bedroom rather than family room where we have BOSE. I did not want to pay $500 for single CD BOSE for smaller room. This Teac system sounds terrific and I has great bass and treble sound. All the components are small and look great in my bedroom in a platinum color. I love the sleeper feature, and it will take me awhile to explore all the many features of this system. Installing was very easy with the speakers mounted on the wall. The remote is a heavy well constructed one. The only feature I would improve is it can be a little awkward loading the CD, but I am getting the hang of it quickly. Actually on my night stand the player looks like a really nice clock rather than part of a sound system. Thank you overstock.com

This is a great bookshelf system. Very good sound for the size and price. It is an excellent value. I have had it for a couple of weeks and have enjoyed the ease of use and the sound quality.
