cooler legs
I usually use my laptop on my legs and it gets pretty hot. This cooling pad totally relieves me of that problem. I have a 17 in laptop so this pad is smaller than my laptop but does not seem to be a problem. My only complaint is that it sometimes seems to draw too much power from the computer and you have to make sure to not turn it on until the computer is sufficiently warmed up. The pad is lightweight and fits into my bag with the computer without difficulty.i

Targus Chilling mat
The product arrive on time and was packaked thoroughly to avoid damage. The Targus notebook cooling chill mat works great. It runs very quietly and really help save on my laptop battery. I am able to surf the web longer because my laptop doesn't work as hard because it doesn't overheat . My husband like the results so much that he asked me to order one for his laptop.

Works quite well
This works well. The only problem I have with it is that the plug into the computer sometimes needs to be jiggled to make it work. It's loose somewhat. One of the rubber feet also likes to fall out but overall it's a good product.

Keeps it cool all day
This is working great! Our laptop is left on 24/7 and this truely keeps the laptop cool.

i bought this product and at first thought it was going to be great like some of the other ones i've used and bought for friends. This one however was made of cheap plastic. After about 3 wks one of the fans stopped working. Also unless you have your laptop fans in the middle and off to the sides this really isn't going to do anything for cooling your laptop
