We ordered this product on dec 20,2009.as of jan 13,2010 we still have not been able to use it because it has been missing parts.We called Overstock customer service and they sent out the part missing and of course when we got it 10 days later it was a completely different part and wrong.We called a fourth time and we still have not receieved it through the mail and its almost going on a month.Its crazy and sad that they cannot get a the part right.They should of sent it out right the first time and we are very dissapointed with Overstocks reaction when we call and the way they have handled this matter.People dont waste your time........We are waiting for the missing part for the third time and guess what we bet its wrong again............

Needed an AC power supply for my girlfriends laptop ,found just what we needed at a reasonable price and accepted delivery in just a few days. Couldn't have asked for more, Thanks !
