This was my first order from Overstock & I was not impressed when I received my item. One of the cables did not work & I was not happy about it. My first thought was "I knew the price was too good to be true!" I contacted customer service & they were very helpful & refunded my express shipping fee. I received a replacement in a week & so far I am satisfied with my purchase. I would feel comfortable purchasing something else from this site (but maybe not an electrical item).
I purchased this replacement power adapter for my laptop and am completely satisfied with this product. I searched several on-line retailers and Overstock was the most reliable and had the best price.
Powered my old IBM laptop with no issues. All cables are well constructed and all the plugs fit tight. If it came with a car adapter it would be perfect.
