Bought this wireless card instead of buying a more expensive card from another company....last time I do that. Physical installation of any PCI card setup is always a breeze but I have never had so much problems installing a driver in my life. The driver was incompatible with my version of Windows XP, even though it said it was compatible. Every time I would try and enable the device or install the driver it would go into a physical memory dump (blue screen). After about three times I got on another computer that had an internet connection and went to TrendNet's website to see if they had any updated compatible drivers with Windows XP. After downloading the driver and following the directions exactly......same result. I ended up doing it my own way and got it to work but it was only running at .5 to 2 Mbs and disconnecting pretty regularly. After all this I ended up uninstalling the TrendNet card and getting a USB wireless adapter from another company and I have been happy ever since.

Was unable to connect to my ISP using a wireless router on a Ubuntu (Linux) OS. After wrapping the Driver the install was successful. The connection was easy.
