As another review suggested, it is slightly slow to transfer using the Scroll Lock key. The speed was still ok though. As the pictures indicate there is one USB connector on each cable to the computers, but only a VGA style connector on the switch... the USB wires a passed through the VGA connector too. Both the Keyboard and the mouse signals pass through the one USB conector. It works. I purchased this because I had previously purchased a Trendnet 4 port ps2 KVM several years ago, which has been in daily use since that time. My only regret is that shortly after I set this up at a location where I work about half the time, they brought in two more computers, so it would have been better to buy the 4 port one. Note many of the other KVMs seem to require an actual

I use this to connect 2 computers to one moniter. I switch back and forth(business and socializing) and have never had any problems.

This KVM works as advertised. It is a little bit slow to switch, but for the price it can't be beat. I bought two and are happy with both.

I have a need for more than one computer but not more than one Keyboard and monitor. This unit work perfectly and was an inprovement over a previous lesser model
