Don't waste your money on this item. Its a terrible sounding unit, does a lousy job of pulling in the radio stations. The volume knob is too short to grasp with your finger and thumb,so adjusting the volume is out of the question unless you use the remote. Everything works but the C.D. motor makes a lot of noise. I would not recommend this to a friend or a dog.
