Good bang for your buck
Good sound. It does play my MP3's burned onto CD. Comes with a remote, but wish the remote also did the volume. I was hesitant about getting one in silver, so I was happily surprised when it ended up being all black. Overall, pretty good deal.

Poor quality
On the first day itself, the CD and Cassette player did not work. I do not not know whether it is an isolated example. Even the look of it looked poor and no way compared to the picture. Any way, I returned it. This does not say anything about Over Stock, I have been a very satisfied customer for years and will continue to be. They go out of their way to be helpful to their customers. This is a manufacturer's defect and I do not blame Over Stock.

the speed of delivery for OS was surprisingly quick two comments (not critical) for OS buyers There was need to have plug adaptor changed for Australian compatability Stating SIZE of unit could be useful if unit is to be placed in confined or specific location

Had to return product and spent more money to send! Was replaced by manufacturer-CD player/cassette player. It was burned out and only used 5 times! Terrible product!

This is a great portable player with the ability to play many different modes of music. It is compact, easy to carry and move.

So-so
I purchased for my wife so she could take something small to her office. To my chagrin it does not have a earphone port. The sound is good but not outstanding. It does not serve for what I wanted. But that was my error.

boom box
I bought it for the USB capability. Otherwise it is an inexpensive stereo. I was a little disappointed that there is no plug for running of 12volts like in the car but it can run on batteries or 110v. The speakers are detachable. It sounds ok not bad. I didn't find a headphone jack to my dismay and the speakers plug in instead of screws. So I rate it good to average.
