I purchased this HDTV/DVD combo for my Toy Hauler because of it's dual voltage (AC/DC) capability, I spend a lot of time in the mountains camping and I didn't like having to run my generator to watch TV and with the switch to all digital signals that is exactly what I had to do to power the converter. I needed a TV that would receive digital signals and run off of 12 volt power, this one does that and I got the added bonus of a built in DVD player and a high resolution picture. I haven't had it very long so I can't judge the durability of it, only time will tell but so far this TV has been perfect, I am 100% satisfied with this unit. It's thin and light weight, I mounted it on the ceiling of the trailer with a swing down mount that I built. That keeps it up out of the way when not it use and when deployed you can view it from both couches and the bed very comfortably. It has a great picture and decent sound quality, the DVD player works flawlessly. I would recommend this product very highly, I give it 5 Stars!
