Instruction manual reads like a foreign language in english. Not specific on features and operation is difficult if not impossible because of that.

This thing is hard to understand. It is not easy to read the too small instruction manual. I would never buy this thing again if I had known how bad it reall is.

After I read the entire booklet, which, I do agree, was a little difficult to read because it must have been translated, I could not get mp4's to transfer. The box says its a mp4 player, but in the back of the book, it says its only compatible with mp1, mp2,mp3, wma,wmv, asf, and wav. I could not convert my iTunes to any of these formats. The buttons seem cheaply made, I'm afraid I'm going to break them when I "long press menu button", (as the instruction booklet says to do, they meant holding down the menu button) The sound quality of the headphones aren't that great. You can't use your own headphones because the plug-in part is super tiny. I tried the voice recorder part, but couldn't get what i recorded to play back. It turns off quickly. The battery lasts for 2 hrs max. The screen, however, is pretty crisp, and I enjoyed the little video that comes loaded. In the end, I wouldn't get this again. Since I already opened it, it wouldn't be worth it to return it. I'm just going to give it to my 5 yr old. In closing, what do I need a radio for if I have mp3's to listen to? Save your money and spring for the iPod.

I purchased this as a birthday gift for a 13 year old. She had no problem utilizing the features since the setup is similar to another MP3 player in the family. The headphones were deficient, only one side worked. She attempted to use the headphones her sister had for her popular brand MP3 player. Apparently this connection is not a standard size. SO don't waste your money on this no name brand! Get one that is more reliable and that you can purchase standard accessories for. This one needs to be packed up and returned.

I bought this for my husband thinking it would be easy to use. The directions are obviously translated from another language into English and make no sense. The software came on a mini-disc and so we are unable to load it onto our computer. I have basically paid for an expensive FM radio.

I, like many others, had checked the reviews on most of the other MP3/MP4 players here on Overstock.com. I was a bit reluctant about this (first time) purchase and the quality. This was a purchase for my 11 year old son. First, it shipped to him in a very quick fashion. I was very impressed by Overstock's timely turn-around time. Overall the MP4 itself was worth every penny we gave for it. It is a bit cheap in its manufactured exterior quality, but both he and I found it pretty easy to work and navigate through. The sound is good, but the earphones that come with it seem to be a bit fragile and over time create an echo sound until you push the cord into the slot tighter. The battery life seems to be about 2 hours, but you can plug it into the computer or use the attachable USB / compact travel AC adapter. Fortunately my copmuter found the drivers. Otherwise look forward to the manufacturer's mini CD, go figure. This particular model seems to get a bad rap, but all-in-all if you just want to spend a few bucks - - - we already got our monies worth. We both still use it daily

Works Great!! My 12 yr old son loves it!! software is easy for him to use, he can down load his own music, pictures, phone entry's on his own. i would recomend this product to anyone. ITs slim & stylish to me its better than an I-pod @ half the price.

Bought for my son and he seems to really like it and it was reasonable.

the sound quality is good but the battery life is no where near whats advertised, I'm lucky if I get 2 hours out of it. it's the second one that I got. it was a replacement for an identical one that was defective. the instructions are barely understandable with the broken English and poor Grammar. the playing time is absolutely horrible. would not recommend it to anyone. I would recommend spending the extra money for better quality.

I love this product. It is small but powerful. It sometimes is a little tricky to use when uploading music but other than that, all is good.

this is a good buy for the functions and diversity of the product. MP3, Fm radio and much more that can be valued by any age.

I bought this for my teenager. its meant for small fingers. picture and sound is great. head phones are not good. The way they are you must have a shirt pocket to put the device in. And the only other head phones that fit it were for a cell phone we had. it has dropped all the songs that were entered in it and we are still trying to figure out why.

The first one was defective but the replacem ent isgreat. Haven't tried the video feature yet the instructions are difficult to understand.

This product is easy to use. It can be treated just like any external media source w/o software. There are just a few things i have found. When playing mp3's it has a light buzz in the background which is more noticable during quiet times. Don't know if this is normal, but the battery life only lasts about 2 hours. One other things is that sometimes the unit shuts off while playing for unknown reason...it acts like it reboots. Other then this it was a great price for this product and there are more things I can do with it besides music.

decent quality-directions on use not too specific-website referenced in directions somehow keeps "timing me out" and i've never been able to access the site. My 12 year old is pleased with this.

This items works very well. The remaining star is for the battery life. It dies too quickly. Otherwise, I have no complaints at all.

I got 2 of them for my kidz B-Day and they love them. For the price it's a great gift for kidz and adults. It has differnt files so that they can hold many different songs and pic.

i dont know exactly what you peaple are doing but this thing works great.

Love it!!! My son had to show me how to use of the features but now that i know how to totally use my player I am rocking with sound.
