    First off this is a card reader not, a Game Cam ! that being said it worked great simple enough to operate & all, good picture quality, the deal is that, the slot you put the card in worked it "clicked -in" like it should (Frankly the way that ALL of the SD cards work) & this is the first time, out of hundreds of times I've loaded ,or unloaded these cards in camera's & my Game cam's that, a first time use it broke the internal spring that kicks out the card !?? big bummer I really need a device like this out in the field . The first rep I spoke to really needs to KNOW what she is talking about ! she (over the phone no doubt ! ) accused me of jamming the wrong sized card in it & that it was my fault it was now not working I had some 4000 + stills to check out it read them fine worked without a hitch ! good thing I got the 2 yr. protection

    • Hello Jorgeta, here is some information I was able to find on this item. This compact device allows land management and hunters the ability to review their game camera images or videos in the field. The CRV-43 offers a 4.3-inch LCD screen that provides clear image and video reviewing of game activity captured on your game camera while in the field. Operating the CRV-43 is simple; just insert the memory card to view the photos and videos captured. This unit is equipped with the ability to zoom, scroll, and delete images directly from the device. Additional features include video playback with audio, Mp3 audio playback through an internal speaker or 3.55mm headphone jack. The external SD card slot accepts memory cards up to 16gb of memory. The rugged ABS plastic housing helps protect the unit and the rubberized grip provides a sure and comfortable hold on the device. It is furnished with a wrist lanyard for safe and easy carrying. The CRV-43 is programed with an automatic shut off and is powered by four AAA batteries. Have a great day!
