The Pyle subwoofer was better sounding then I expected, I already had an 18" unit on side and needed to expand my lows on the oppsite site of the room. This speaker did the job nicely, I'm very happy with the unit and Im considering buying a second! I recommend it if you dont want to spend a fortune on like subwoffers costing much more.

Item arrived promptly and in tact without any visible signs of damage to the outer package. After I boxing item and a quick inspection and finding no flaws of broken parts/pieces I installed this in my theater room with a 7.2 ******* ****** as the main unit driving this center channel speaker. The speaker sounds great and is very crisp and clear for all types of music and movie genres. For the price this item rivals much more expensive units and has great aesthetics as well. For those with 5.1. 3.1 or even just a single (center) speaker and a satellite subwoofer this speaker would work fantastic for reproducing Midranges and highs while the sat sub could take on the lower end of the Hz spectrum. Overall I highly recommend this unit and if it's available then jump on it before it's gone!

I haven't had this tower very long, but so far I'm very impressed. After I placed my order for this, I managed to find the Bose SoundDock II for less than half price and purchased that as well. Though the Bose has awesome sound, the Pyle tower has great sound as well, more functionality, and I can hear the music playing in almost every room of my 2000+ sf home. Great product and thus far, I'm beyond pleased. Decided to keep them both! When I first received, sound on it wasn't great...make sure you read the directions as it can be adjusted and was much better once I customized the subwoofer, base and so on. Really like the wood look which matches the rest of the furniture in my office.

I would recommend if they have the same hearing issues that I have. Plus I have come to love the sound of cheap tinny speaker sets, but I really only use these here and there.
