  The controls, when they work, are not easy to use. They are very cumbersome and unintuitive. And sometimes they would not work and I had to turn the device completely off and then on again. Sound quality is not that great and below average. FM tuner's reception was very poor. Could not receive any of the local radio stations.

  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? The controls and user interface does malfunction occasionally during use.
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Quality is low, below what would be considered average, both in manufacturing detail and sound quality.

  Although I like the product, the refurbished item comes with such a big sticker on the back that is impossible to remove that I have given up trying. It is a definite eyesore and detracts from the enjoyment of the product. Please consider not placing this sticker or using one that can be removed without an industrial cleaner...

  I agree with the other reviewers that the packaging isn't pretty for gift-giving, but who cares? It's a nice little docking station with decent sound. It's easy to use, lightweight, & stylish. I bought a second one for my mom, since she like mine so much (and she wasn't bothered about the packaging since it was such a great deal). Overall, excellent value.

  This unit is less clunky than many other competing products and the speakers sound very full with significant bass response. Excellent value.
