  I bought this product to inhance the speakers on my laptop when I travel. I liked it at first but it drains my rechargeable batteries pretty quickly. And yes I used new high end rechargeables. It also uses AAA and the batteries re hard to secure. This is the first product from O that wasn't great and I use O a lot. It is the first place I check when buying anything.

  Great product with full body sound. It is a little large for the space but everything went together well. The remote is annoying at times.

  I bought these speakers expecting them to sound as good as the iHome speakers I own. Not so. I returned the speakers and received a refund in just a few days. Excellent service from Overstock .com

  I bought this cooling fan because my old one started dying on me and I can't go without one. The main reason I bought this one was for the speakers, but I was extremely disappointed to discover that my 13" MacBook doesn't put out enough power for the speakers. When I first plugged it in, I got a message telling me something to this effect. I switched it from speakers + fan mode to just fan mode and it works fine. I had read the other review that it didn't work with a MacBook Air, but I decided to chance it anyway, since the price is good compared to other fans and cooling mats. It's POSSIBLE this might work with a PowerBook or MacBook Pro, but I wouldn't bother risking it. Another thing, it's extremely small. I like that it fits into my backpack; the old one was rather huge and didn't fit, so it was a bit cumbersome to travel with. However, the small size of this one makes it kind of awkward, since it's smaller than my laptop itself, and I have to keep the laptop over to the left s...
