for the pc/mac only no other device gaming system out of the box works great. only with a computer. no i pods cell phones no mp3s. software has to be downloaded works with no problems. usb cable is for charging only, cannot send music to headphones with it. and if you are like me a did more research i fornd that on creative labs website under support there is a 3.5mm port for ipod, cell, and other devices: that port is nonexistant....not there. so if you are going to use these only on a pc i would recommend them, not for any gaming platform or portable device,
