Within a month of purchasing my vaio it would no longer take a charge. It ended up being the wire, i called and was able to get a new one quickly at no cost to me. Overall it runs well. Also having issues with the standby mode, occasionally when I turn on the computer from standby mode within a few minutes it will turn off to hibernate on it's own. It came with all the programs already installed and was ready to use straight from the box. Overall it works well but do recommend getting the extended warranty overstock offers since it is refurbished.
