For the money you can't get a better deal and believe me I shopped around before making this purchase. This computer has everything a "normal" person would need for every day tasks and then some. Of course you could spend $2500+ on a state of the art laptop but just remember it wont' be state of the art 6 months from now, so save some money and treat yourself to a great deal

I bought this as a xmass gift so I have not personally used it but the recipient seems quite pleased with it as she has vista at home on the main computer already. so I guess the unit lives to expectations made about it.
