This laptop arrived within 5 days (thanks) and is in superb shaped; wouldn't know it is refurbished. I don't like that only microsoft works is installed; to get microsoft office you must pay for it yourself. So far Vista is okay, but we aren't in the first version.

This laptop is impressive. Even though I had heard a few bad things about Vista, I'm not having any problems at all. Love it! Thanks Overstock for a great deal that I could have confidence in.
