The Sony Vaio Laptop came just like new, and after a most thorough use, have had no problems whatsoever. Both the product and Overstock have done a fine job.

The computer works fine except that the keyboard misses some strokes every now and then and i have to go back and put in letters the computer missed me typing. I also bought this under the assumption that since it comes with microsoft windows that included microsoft word, power point and all that jazz but instead it keeps asking me for my purchase code whenever I enter any of those programs and says I can only use them for a certain amount of times. SO ontop of buying the computer I have to go out and but microsoft word, powerepoint, and excel... which makes the computer as espensie as if i would have bought it brand new!!!!
Great laptop! I was a little nervous about buying refurbished but it's just as good as a brand new one and cheaper! Display is great, doesn't get hot on your lap, fits my needs for school. I love it!
