I was looking for some way to have music in the kitchen without taking up any of the limited counter space that I have. Not only was this radio easy to install but the magnetic remote control works from almost any angle, even from the side. The mega bass feature works well, and it looks great. It was a little bigger then expected but it installs in a very underused area of the kitchen that it is hardly even noticeable.

I love it! It is in my dining room and my remote is on the fridge(I love that it has a magnet on it) and I can change the volume or station and mute it if the phone rings while I am in the kitchen cooking. It has a great sound and picks up lots of stations. It was a great value.

Bought this radio for my wife's sewing / computer room and she absolutely loves it. The sound quality is good, what I would expect from this unit, it is not a home stereo. The other features are welcome, my wife particularly likes the TV reception as it allows her to listen to the news while she is sewing or surfing the web for sewing items. Also here in Idaho having the weather band is a nice option during the winter months. The DVD player on this one works so far, we returned the same radio for a DVD skip that would not go away. Overstock handled the return very well (Platinum policy) and we purchased another of the same radio, my wife really enjoyed it. My wife liked the radio so much I was VERY tempted to purchase it new from a different on line store but since Overstock was so friendly regarding the return and crediting back to my credit card we decided to save the money and go with Overstock again. The only thing I could say that I was not so happy with is when I purchased the second radio the Platinum service plan was not an option. I would not hesitate to reccommend this radio or Overstock to a friend or family member.

The radio was easy to order, got to us fairly fast, installed easy, looks, works and sounds very nice. We are happy with the purchase even though it has only been a couple weeks. So far so good and a decent price.

I am always wary on buying a refurbished product but I am very happy with my under the cabinet clock radio, Its eay to use and the sound is good. I am glad I ordered it

Set arrived promptly, well-packed with instructions, etc. One warning - DO NOT USE THE INCLUDED TEMPLATE for drilling holes and locating the radio. IT IS WAY OFF BASE!! Otherwise, the radio has nice features and the sound is also of decent quality.

The clock numbers are dim, the radio is preset and I cannot change the stations, and there is no instruction booklet. The quality of sound is excellent and easily operated. I like the CD player and the remote control.

I was nervous going with a refurbished model, but it was in perfect condition and the sound quality is what you would expect from Sony. Great product at a great value!

I love this unit. But, as so many other reviewers noted----DO NOT GO BY THE TEMPLATE IN THE BOX WHEN YOU DRILL THE HOLES IN THE CABINET!!! They were nearly 1" off, and we drilled 2 extra holes before we realized it. Measure it and drill your own holes or make your own template. Other than that, it sounds GREAT, looks terrific (the color matches our stainless-steel refrigerator, range and dishwasher fabulously) and gets our favorite station just fine without an antenna. I do recommend this product!

I absolutely love it! It is a bargain in all respects - the price, sound, and looks! I have owned other Sony products and I've always been more than satisfied with them! I would recommend it to anyone interested in an under the counter radio. It also plays CDs which is a plus for me. I received it in a very short time and am enjoying it every day! Good job Overstock!

Wow, I was surprise it looks great and it sounds great just had our kitchen up grated to brand new and our Sony kitchen radio fits right in. This item would make a great gift around the Holidays.

VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT EVEN THOUGH IT IS REFURBISHED. ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION AND WITHIN A FEW DAYS. EASY TO INSTALL, BUT, DO NOT GO BY THE TEMPLATE. MEASURE THE HOLES FOR INSTALLATION YOURSELF. GREAT PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE!!!

I have really been enjoying my new radio. My last one had given up after about 15 years. But I missed hearing the news during breakfast so I ordered this one from Overstock.com. I don't have it installed yet (it's sitting on top of my microwave) but it works just fine and I'm glad I got it.

I've had the radio for approximately 2 months. It has worked wonderfully using both the CD and radio function. The remote has been very handy, and has a magnet on the back to attached it to the fridge, etc. The unit was in perfect condition when it arrived, and I have not had any problems with the faceplate as mentioned in other reviews. Minor complaints: Make sure the check the location of the screw holes on the provided diagram, with the actual spacing of the screws on the radio! The diagram for installing and mounting the radio was not accurate, and the hole allignment for the diagram was almost and inch off from each hole on the actual radio. Needless to say, I drilled more holes than necessary in the bottom of my cabinets. I ended up making my own diagram and trashing the provided one. There is no battery backup for the unit. If the power turns goes out, you lose your time, and all the presets for the radio. The radio tuning function does not speed up the longer you hold down the button. Therefore, if the station you want is far away, be ready to hold the button for a while. Other than these minor issues, the radio has been great, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a nice under-cabinet CD/Radio.

For a refurbished unit it was pretty good. Only problem was face plate needed some attention as it needed some glue to make it stay. I read reviews before I bought it and another person had the same problem. I put it in my camper and the sound was really good. Shipping was fast and I have to give a thumbs up to Fed Ex as it arrived on a very rainy day and they made sure it stayed dry. Overall I am very pleased with the unit and your website and your service. I will shop again !!!!!

My husband bought this for me for mothers day and I love it. Plays great the clicker is a nice feature too. The only thing which another reviewer wrote was that the template is incorrect! So beware of that but that's the only real problem!

I got the product all screwed into the cabinet and pushed the cd button to find out it didn't even work. The radio has nice sound quailty but i won't be buying from overstock again.

This is a great radio/cd player. I purchased this for my beach condo. We installed it under the counter in the kitchen and it looks great with the stainless steel appliances. I put a magnet on the back of the remote and leave it affixed to the fridge so it won't get misplaced. The sound is true to Sony style and it even has a weather ban which is a positive for us here in Florida. This is the second under counter Sony radio I have purchased so obviously I highly recommend.

Because of my previous orders with Overstock, I did not hesitate to make this purchase. My sister is going to purchase one for her house. In fact, I told her to check the website before going out to the stores. It was easy to install and it looks great in my kitchen. No regrets.
