Bought this for my mom she likes it a lot I'm pleased with it even though it was refurbished I took a chance glade I did.

Needs tuner
This product may have been okay. It seemed to come with one-touch dubbing and claims to be easy to use. However, one of the first things I noticed when reading the installation instructions was that in order to record from television a tuner was needed. Also, the instructions were xeroxed and some portions were so dark I could not read it. I sent the product back without installing it because, of course, one of my primary recording uses would be from television to DVD and I didn't want to purchase a tuner. I plan to purchase a product that has a built-in tuner. I would imagine this could be a great product for someone who was a "system" set up with tuner, amplifiers, etc.
