I was very pleased with the quality of this MP3 Player. The directions were not very easy to follow, but it was easy to figure it out by playing around with it. There are some options that are available that the directions do not explain, so thank goodness my cousin has the same one and she walked me through them. Overall it is an excellent product especially for the price.
