Customer Reviews
I bought this as a gift for my wife so she could use it at the gym. Overall this unit function like most mp3 players but I have 2 issues. #1 the software that comes with the unit for loading music is lousy, it would be better if this unit just functioned like a flash drive where you could simply copy and paste files directly on the unit. Instead it has software which isn't really user friendly. #2 one of the big selling points in my mind was the built in radio receiver and while it works it could be better. It picks up most terrestrial broadcasts but at the gym the broadcast lower powered signals with the TV programs audio and the unit doesn't pick up the signals. Those issues not with standing the audio quality is acceptable, and the small size is good too.

i bought this mp3 player because my old one was hard to opperate. it turns out. this one was even more difficult. it took me forever to figure out how to organize the songs on it. You also have to install a specific program for it or it will not let you download songs. it worked well for me for about two months then i dropped it and i can't get it to charge because the usb connector won't connect with the computer. it plugs in it just won't do anything. the sound quality is great but it won't play some of the songs i wanted to put on it. over all this mp3 player was not worth the money i payed for it.

This is a refurbished product and it has performed well. The only thing that worries me is the sliding panel that you adjust to change volume/track and then slide to lock your choices. It seems fragile. Having said that, the player performs well and I haven't had any problems.
